Payment

The website www.laboutiquedutracteur.com allows you to place orders online and offers several payment options. If you are ordering from mainland France or an overseas territory, you can choose between payment by check or SECURE payment by credit card or PAYPAL.

If you choose to pay by check, don’t forget to include a copy of your order or write down your order number with your mailing. Please note that delivery times are significantly longer due to postal transit and check processing delays.

Credit card payments are completely secure and fully handled by our bank’s authorized services through their dedicated website, to which you are redirected at the time of payment. You will notice the padlock icon in the browser address bar during payment, indicating that the site is secure.

If you are concerned about possible credit card fraud, be aware that today most banks offer systems like “PAYWEB-CARD” from Crédit Mutuel, which allow you to generate a virtual card number valid for a single transaction. This means once your online purchase is complete, the card number used will no longer be valid and cannot be reused. For our French-speaking friends in BELGIUM or SWITZERLAND, only credit card or bank transfer payments are accepted. In the case of bank transfer, our banking information will appear on the screen after selecting this payment method, so the customer can make the transfer.

Shipping

For all orders, delivery is handled by our partner SoColissimo. You can choose home delivery or delivery to a pickup point of your choice within 48 to 72 hours. For bulky orders, delivery takes between 48 hours and 3 days. La Boutique du Tracteur has set up flat-rate shipping fees, regardless of the number of items ordered.

France: So Colissimo €11.90 or €35.00 via carrier for large or fragile items such as hoods, power steering kits, or tractor fenders.

Europe Zone 1: €16.90 (Germany, Belgium, Spain, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Italy, Netherlands)

Europe Zone 2: €38.90 (Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Andorra, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland)

Europe Zone 3: €59.90 (Finland, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Greece)

USA-Canada and Overseas Territories: €60.00

Shipping is free for any order over or equal to €350 within mainland France only and with So Colissimo as the carrier. Free shipping does not apply to bulky items delivered by a freight carrier.

All our items have been rigorously selected for their quality. If, however, one or more products do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us and return the product(s).

A "return form" will be required when requesting a return. The return request is made online, from your customer account, under the "return management" tab, and is finalized by printing the return form (after selecting the item and reason for return). This return form must be included in the return package. Your return will be prioritized. Packages without a return form will be refused upon delivery. Items must be new, unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange, credit, or refund. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
